Property housing the Chandler, Ariz.-based Sonoran Desert Surgery Center was sold for $5.4 million.
The 10,762-square-foot space features two operating rooms, according to Shawn Janus, national director of healthcare services at Colliers, the real estate firm that closed the deal.
The property also features a medical clinic.
