In September, Arete Surgical Center in Johnstown, Colo., but could initially only accept cash pay patients, according to a Northern Colorado Business Report.
The surgery center has now secured contracts with major payers, such as Humana.
The 15,000-square-foot center is owned by four physicians and includes three operating rooms and six extended-stay recovery rooms.
