A medical office building in Erie, Colo., was acquired by a private real estate company for $5.6 million, REBusiness Online reported Feb. 21.
The single-tenant building, UCHealth – Erie Nine Mile Medical Center, houses Aurora, Colo.-based UCHealth, a nonprofit health system.
The 8,000-square-foot property was sold by real estate company Evergreen Devco.
