Three medical office buildings in Stillwater, Lino Lakes and New Richmond, Wis., have been sold to healthcare real estate manager Hammes Partners, according to an April 2 report from Finance & Commerce.
The buildings total 50,640 square feet, and the sale closed March 28. The Stillwater building sold for $8.1 million, while the Lino Lakes building sold for $6.2 million. A price was not listed for the third property.
Two of the buildings are fully leased to Associated Eye Care while the third is leased to Associated Eye Care and Hudson Physicians.
Associated Eye Care has six office locations in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
