HREA | Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has sold the Tri-City Surgery Center in Prescott, Ariz., the real estate company said Jan. 30.
The 12,718-square-foot ASC features three operating rooms, one procedure room, a preoperative bay and three recovery rooms. Built in 2006, the ASC is used by 26 physicians across nine physician practice groups.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
