JLL Income Property Trust has acquired the Sugar Land (Texas) Medical Plaza for $18.4 million, the company said April 12.
The two-story, 37,000-square-foot building in a Houston suburb features an ASC and imaging center.
JLL's healthcare portfolio includes 15 properties worth more than $462 million.
