A 14,000-square-foot ASC facility in Sugar Land, Texas, has sold, according to an April 10 report from REBusiness Online.
The building was constructed in 1995 and most recently renovated in 2007, according to the report.
The facility was sold by SNA Medical Center, but the buyer and sales price were not disclosed.
