Wolters Kluwer Health has announced Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurts, N.C., has selected its ProVation MD software for gastroenterology procedure documentation and coding.
ProVation MD, which is available for a full range of specialties, replaces dictation and transcription and allows physicians to document procedures at the point of care, according to a company news release.
"Moore Regional Hospital is clearly devoted to providing patients with the highest quality care, as evidenced by the results of numerous patient satisfaction surveys," said Arvind Subramanian, president and CEO, Wolters Kluwer Health Clinical Solutions, in the release. "We are pleased that they have selected ProVation MD for GI to further that quality of care and provide streamlined documentation and coding in the GI lab."
Moore Regional Hospital is a 372-bed, not-for-profit facility serving Moore County and the 14 surrounding counties. It is the flagship hospital for FirstHealth of the Carolinas.
