DJO Global has acquired Exos Corp., according to a Star Tribune report.
DJO Global is a Vista, Calif.-based provider of orthopedic devices, with a broad range of products used for rehabilitation, pain management and physical therapy. The company also develops, manufactures and distributes a range of surgical reconstructive implant products.
Exos Corp. is an Arden Hills, Minn.-based medical device company that develops thermoformable external musculoskeletal stabilization systems.
DJO Global had served as the exclusive distributor of Exos products used to treat upper extremities in North America and South America since September 2011.
