Amerinet has announced the launch of a new tool designed to identify prospective savings opportunities between a facility's supplier spend and the Amerinet contract portfolio, according to a news release.
The Amerinet Supplier Contract Match Report is designed to "ensure a facility is maximizing Amerinet's expansive range of clinical and non-clinical product and service contracts," according to the company.
Amerinet says the report is able to uncover eligible Amerinet contracts associated with the suppliers a facility is currently utilizing; track the signed forms and sales reporting history of the contracts displayed; identify variances between Amerinet reported sales and the facility spend; and reveal spending with suppliers that are not in the Amerinet contract portfolio.
"The Amerinet Supplier Contract Match Report is an excellent addition to Amerinet's suite of powerful and proprietary tools that help healthcare providers obtain workable and actionable data to analyze their daily spend and effectively manage costs," said Curtis Miller, chief information officer for Amerinet, in the release. "Amerinet has a strong portfolio of non-clinical product and service contracts — delivering 5-30 percent savings — that cannot be overlooked when providers are searching for areas to save. This report helps to identify these opportunities in addition to savings from our clinical portfolios."
