Key findings from the Labs will lead to enhanced overall functionality and user experience. "The information we gain from our customers in these 30-60 minute lab sessions is invaluable," said John Grim, vice president of information systems and technology at Amerinet. "We are actively reviewing what we learned and making plans to improve the sites and tools based on these constructive insights."
