Physicians performed poorly on patient-centered care measures, according to a survey by WiserTogether, a company that offers platforms for patient-centered care.
The survey updates the Patient-Centered Care Index, a nationwide, quarterly survey of 2,500 patients who have received physician care in the last six months.
