The Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology has commented on proposed changes to a number of programs, including the hospital outpatient and ASC reporting program and end-stage renal disease quality incentive program.
Comments include:
• Support for alignment of quality measures across programs to decrease the administrative burden for the outpatient and ASC reporting program
• Support for not adding additional HAI reporting requirements in the same program
• Support for not adding new infection prevention and control for PY 2015 in the ESRD program
