Operating more than 535 ASCs and surgical hospitals across 38 states, with a network of 11,000 affiliated physicians, USPI's network of ASCs is the largest of any operator in the U.S. — and it aims to continue growing.

298: The number of ASCs added since 2014, operating 512 in 2024. USPI operated 214 centers in 2014.

$250 million: The approximate amount USPI plans to spend on mergers, acquisitions and de novo ASC investments in 2024.
