Young physicians looking to start their career should turn their sights to the Southern region of the U.S., according to a June 26 report from CBS News.
Bankrate ranked the top 10 cities for young Americans to start a career in, considering factors like affordability, employment opportunities, long-term career potential and overall quality of life.
Six of this year's top 10 cities are located in the South, with major cities like New York City and San Francisco not making the cut.
