A Wallethub analysis ranked the leading states and worst states for people with disabilities.

The analysis compared the 150 most populated U.S. cities across 25 key metrics, which included the number of physicians per capita and rate of employed people with disabilities, among others.

The top 10 best cities include:

1. Overland Park, Kan.
2. Scottsdale, Ariz.
3. Lincoln, Neb.
4. Gilbert, Ariz.
5. Peoria, Ariz.
6. Huntington Beach, Calif.
7. Honolulu, Hawaii
8. Irvine, Calif.
9. Oklahoma City, Okla.
10. Chandler, Ariz.

The 10 worst cities for people with disabilities include:

1. Worcester, Mass.
2. Anchorage, Alaska
3. Providence, R.I.
4. Rochester, N.Y.
5. Buffalo, N.Y.
6. Memphis, Tenn.
7. Newark, N.J.
8. Jersey City, N.J.
9. Norfolk, Va.
10. Winstom-Salem, N.C.
