Release of information company MediCopy was acquired by clinical data acquisition and release firm MRO Corp., The Ledger reported March 3.
MediCopy primarily serves outpatient providers to help manage the release of protected health information, the report said. The acquisition expands MRO's portfolio of clinical data release offerings.
MediCopy was founded in 2000, the report said. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
