Some of the country's largest health insurers, including United Healthcare and Cigna, were named by OpenAI's chatbot, ChatGPT, as the top health insurers in the U.S.
On April 26, Becker's asked the chatbot, "What is the best health insurer in the U.S.?"
While it did not pick a single best insurer, it named several options for patients.
Here is the artificial intelligence chatbot's answer:
