PatientFocus, a medical billing company based in Nashville, has added Philip Hertik and Lucius Burch, IV, to its board of directors, according to the Fort Mill Times.
Mr. Hertik is the retired chairman and CEO of Windsor Health Group and Mr. Burch is a venture capitalist and manager of Burch House. The two are joining current board members Jim Lackey, Luke Simons and Rand Frederiksen.
