Franklin, Tenn.-based M*Modal, a medical transcription and billing services company, has shaken up its leadership team, including hiring Duncan James as chief executive officer, according to The Tennessean.
Mr. Duncan, the former CEO of Quadramed, will replace Vern Davenport, who departed the company after overseeing its rebranding.
M*Modal named Graham King as chairman, Ron Scarboro as chief operating officer and David Woodworth as acting chief financial officer. Mr. Woodworth also serves as vice president of finance.
