Meridian Medical Management completed the acquisition of Origin Healthcare Solutions.
Both companies offer revenue cycle, business intelligence and analytics solutions. Together, they provide more than 40,000 healthcare providers nationwide with software and services, including full revenue cycle management, electronic medical records, medical coding and technology implementation.
Meridian Medical Management is a portfolio company of The Gores Group, a Los Angeles-based investment firm.
