As the deadline to change to ICD-10 looms large, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has created a number of resources to providers for the upcoming switchover, reports EHR Intelligence.
Among those tools is "Road to 10," an online resource that allows a provider to select their practice type, size, progress and business partners to create a unique plan on an interactive timeline.
CMS's tool also gives specific information to various specialties — like orthopedics or obstetrics — including the most common ICD-10 code changes within that specific field.
