AdvantEdge Healthcare Solutions, a provider of medical billing and practice management services, has announced it has acquired AMSplus, a division of CBay Systems, a provider of billing and practice management services since 1982.
As part of the transaction, Marc Bolh, president and CEO of AMSplus, will join the AHS management team as senior vice president. AHS will continue operations at the AMSplus facilities in Braintree, Mass., and Salem, N.H.
