A family practice in Dayton, Ohio, has been fined $10,500 as part of a settlement with OSHA relating to violations in areas including sharps safety, infection control and employee training, according to a Dayton Daily News report.
OSHA is requiring the Kirkland Family Practice to rewrite its exposure control plan and hire inspectors for annual inspections for the next two years.

OSHA has also required the practice to report how it corrects the violations.
