Joint Commission Seeks Input on Clinical Alarm Systems Management

The Joint Commission is seeking the public's input on best practices for managing clinical alarm systems.

The Joint Commission is working on developing a new standard to address the risk of alarm fatigue, which can result from poor management of clinical alarm systems. As part of this effort, the commission is seeking submissions from the public on current best practices.
