American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities accredited McAllen, Texas-based Valley Ambulatory Surgical Center.
Here are four facts:
1. VASC has served Fox Valley (Texas) residents since 1987.
2. VASC providers perform more than 750 procedures.
3. The ASC houses a post-surgical recovery care center, Valley Medical Inn, for patients who underwent total hip knee replacements or total hip replacements or other extensive procedures.
4. AAAASF accredited 56 facilities in April and May.
