New York anesthesiologist buys medical office building for $1.2M

An anesthesiologist purchased a medical office building in Colonie, N.Y., for $1.2 million, Albany Business Journal reported May 3.

Philip Hansen, MD, bought the previously foreclosed, 12,000-square-foot building for his practice, Albany Ketamine Infusions.

The building was previously occupied by Saxony Primary Care, a practice owned by Eric Siegel, MD, and Saxony Real Estate. The pair filed for bankruptcy in September 2019.
