1. Local supply vendors can often save ASCs money compared to group purchasing organizations.
2. Networking with other ASCs in the area can help practices learn about new supply vendors, which may offer lower prices than the vender the ASC is currently using.
3. Being open to switching vendors can help save ASCs money.
