Blayne Rush, MHP, MBA, president of Ambulatory Alliances, has passed the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority's Series 24 licensing exam, according to a news release.
Series 24, also known as the General Securities Principle license, allows a licensee to manage and/or supervise investment banking, training, solicitation and the general conduct of business operations, amongst other things.
"Because Ambulatory Alliances' services are becoming more and more sought after, we are expanding our team," said Mr. Rush, in the release. "In order to do so, I needed to be able to supervise other investment banking professionals, thus that is why I took the steps necessary and obtain this additional license."
Ambulatory Alliances is a boutique investment banking, business brokerage and strategic advisory firm for ambulatory surgery and radiation oncology centers. Mr. Rush specializes in acquisitions, alliances and access to capital markets for surgery and radiation oncology centers.
