HealthCare Appraisers has announced Barry Glachman, ASA, has joined the company as director of fixed asset appraisal services, a new service line for the company.
Mr. Glachman is an accredited senior appraiser in the discipline of machinery and technical specialties who brings more than 30 years of experience in machinery and equipment appraisals in the healthcare industry. He has significant experience in the valuation of buildings and equipment of healthcare properties, including medical practices in family care, OB/GYN, general and specialty surgical, ophthalmology, physical and rehabilitation therapy, plastic surgery, urological, bone specialists, surgical centers, multi-modality imaging facilities and hospitals.
Prior to joining HealthCare Appraisers, Mr. Glachman was the owner and principal appraiser of B. Glachman Valuation Consultants. He was previously employed by CBIZ Valuation Group as a staff appraiser, senior appraiser, manager and senior manager.
