Trial for Boston Scientific's Spinal Cord Stimulation Device Shows Promising Results

Boston Scientific this week announced trial results for its spinal cord stimulation device at the International Spine Intervention Society 20th Annual Scientific Meeting in Natick, Mass.

The majority of the 25 chronic pain patients who underwent spinal cord stimulation with the Infinion 16 Lead found that the device delivered "significant pain relief outcomes" that included reduced pain intensity and improved pain relief, according to a company release.
