Tool: Clinical Planner for Building an Integrated Pain Program

Richard Kube, MD, and Scott R. Anderson, COO of Prairie Spine & Pain Institute, S.C., in Peoria, Ill., shared this tool for building an integrated pain program.

The clinical planner is aimed to help physician practices and surgery centers build an integrated pain program. The planner includes overviews for quality of life visit activities, functional assessment visit activities, physiological assessment visit activities, nutrition assessment visit activities and other types of visits. The planner also includes a planner for chronic pain visits with the physician.
