Here are three orthopedic ASC updates Becker's has reported on since March 20:
1. Bluegrass Specialty Surgery Center, an orthopedic ASC and an affiliate of management services organization Growth Orthopedics, relocated to Lexington, Ky.
2. Bettendorf, Iowa-based ORA Orthopedics plans to build a 113,000-square-foot headquarters and orthopedic ASC.
3. University Hospitals opened the Amherst (Ohio) Beaver Creek Surgery Center, a joint venture surgery center that focuses on orthopedic, spine and ENT-related surgical procedures.
