• 41 percent find gratitude and relationships with patients to be the most rewarding
• 28 percent find being good at their job and making correct diagnoses to be the most rewarding
• 13 percent believe making the world a better place is the most rewarding
• 8 percent find making good money at an enjoyable job the most rewarding
• 5 percent find pride as a physician is the most rewarding
• 4 percent find another aspect to be the most rewarding
• 1 percent find nothing to be rewarding
