Paul P. Lee, MD, was appointed chair of the University of Michigan department of ophthalmology and visual sciences, according to a university news release.
Dr. Lee received his juris doctorate from Columbia University and his medical degree from the University of Michigan. Most recently, Dr. Lee served as vice chairman of the ophthalmology department at Duke University. He also held appointments as director of applied health systems research at Duke University Health System and as senior advisor to the chancellor.
