A 24,655-square-foot medical office project in Eagle Mountain, Utah, has secured development funds from a private equity investment firm, according to a July 19 report from Utah Business.
The two-story Eagle Mountain Medical Office Building Development is slated for completion in the third quarter of 2025.
The building is set to be occupied by several regional physician groups, according to the report. The equity was secured through Chestnut Healthcare Real Estate.
