Lakeland (Fla.) Regional Health is planning a medical office building with an ASC and freestanding emergency room, Growth Spotter reported March 17.
The hospital purchased 20.6 acres of land for $5.73 million in May 2021 for the facility. The hospital wants to open a three-story, 36,957-square-foot building at the site in 2023, according to the report.
