Multiple physician groups will lease space in a 77,000-square-foot medical office center underway in Sarasota, Fla., according to YourObserver.com.
Three details:
1. Dubbed CenterPoint, the three-story complex will feature a one-level ASC.
2. Casto Southeast Realty Services plans to finish construction in December.
3. Tenants are expected to occupy the space in early 2020.
