A Phoenix-area building is being renovated to accommodate an ASC or animal hospital, according to Sonoran Crest Construction Principal Gregory Smith.
Here are three details:
1. Sonoran Crest is converting the 10,300-square-foot facility for medical use.
2. Sonoran Crest closed on the building in December.
3. The developer expects to have tentative plans in early January 2019.
