Cardiologist Kishlay Anand, MD, and Akos are teaming up to build the Akos Medical Campus in Avondale, Ariz., according to National Healthcare Realty.
Here's what you should know:
1. The campus will feature a multispecialty surgery center and two 68,000-square-foot medical office buildings.
2. It will also include urgent care, outpatient imaging and physical therapy services.
3. Tenants can expect to begin occupying suites in the third quarter of 2019.
