Here are 13 ASCs and outpatient facilities opened or announced in December 2018:

Glendale-based Orthopaedic Hospital of Wisconsin is opening outpatient facilities in Greenfield, Wis., and New Berlin, Wis., in January 2019.

Glendale-based Ascension Wisconsin won approval for its $42 million Ascension Ambulatory Surgery Center in Mount Pleasant, Wis.

Harrisburg, Pa.-based UPMC Pinnacle expects to open a new hospital with an attached outpatient surgery center in August 2019.

Gainesville-based Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking state approval to build an ASC in Braselton, Ga.

A 130,000-square-foot, mixed-use facility called River Oaks Surgical Center is being built in Houston.

Addison, Texas-based United Surgical Partners International plans to build an outpatient surgery center in Citrus Heights, Calif.

The Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission approved the final site, operation and zoning plans for Milwaukee-based Advocate Aurora Health's $130 million ASC and medical office building.

MedCore Partners is developing a two-story, 65,000-square-foot, class A medical office building and ASC, which Southlake-based Spine Team Texas will anchor.
