Construction is complete on a 22,000-square-foot, $10 million medical office building in Queen Creek, Ariz., the first medical office building in the market, according to a Dec. 4 report from ConnectCRE.
The building, opened by Cypress West Partners, is 100% leased to five tenants. Cypress West has close to 2 million square feet of medical office space across the U.S.
Cypress also has more than 250,000 square feet of medical office properties currently in various stages of development.
