Further, United Surgical Partners International, Tenet's ASC arm, remains a longstanding leader in the outpatient surgery sector, both by number of facilities and net revenue — earning $1.14 billion in the second quarter.

Tenet
- CFO: Sun Park
- Mr. Park serves as both executive vice president and CFO at Tenet. He joined the company in January 2024, and previously served as executive vice president and group CFO for pharmaceutical distribution and strategic global sourcing at pharmaceutical company AmerisourceBergen.
- Executive Vice President, Corporate Development: Michael Maloney
- In his role, Mr. Maloney handles Tenet's acquisition, divestitures and joint ventures strategy. He previously served as managing director and head of not-for-profit investment banking at J.P. Morgan.
- CFO: Patrick Roberts
- Mr. Roberts joined USPI in April 2024. He previously served as CFO and vice president of strategic partnerships at Dallas-based Baylor Scott and White Health. He joined Tenet in 2015.
- Chief Strategy Officer: Pam Yoo
