Regent strengthens leadership team with new VP of business development

Regent Surgical Health named Justin Neerhof vice president of business development.

Mr. Neerhof previously served as director of business development for Sovereign Healthcare, responsible for new service line growth and leading physician recruitment for the company's multispecialty surgery centers. He also has prior experience as a sales territory leader for Stryker Orthopaedics.

"Justin's track record of creating mutually beneficial joint venture partnership agreements and his experience recruiting surgeon partners are true assets as we drive toward our growth objectives in 2020," said Regent's Chief Development Officer Thomas Crossen.

Regent focuses on ASC joint venture partnerships with hospitals and health systems across the U.S. The company has 28 ASC partners, including 21 joint ventures, and 14 of those centers include total joint replacements. Three centers are involved in bundled payments.

In his new role, Mr. Neerhof will work with physician groups and health systems to merge, acquire and develop ASCs.
