1. Eye Health America was established in early 2018 by private equity firm LLR Partners. To date, the firm has acquired a combined seven ophthalmology practices and ASCs.
2. Eye Health America plans to expand into the Southeastern U.S. in 2019, and open a corporate office in Roswell, Ga.
