Springfield, Pa.-based Crozer-Keystone Health System honored surgery center nurse Tammy McCauley, RN, with The DAISY Award.

1. Ms. McCauley works at Concordville, Pa.-based Crozer-Keystone Surgery Center at Brinton Lake.
2. A patient nominated Ms. McCauly for the award, which recognizes nurses with superior clinical skills, passion and exemplary care.
"During my visit, I was fortunate enough to have a lovely warm spirited nurse named Tammy by my side prepping and nurturing me during my visit," the patient said. "Tammy glowed with a sparkle of warmth, humor and kindness. Tammy checked in on me often with uplifting words and a smile."
3. Ms. McCauley began working as a postoperative anesthesia nurse at the ASC in 2012.
