Nobilis Health Corp appointed James Springfield as its new CEO.
Here are the key details to know:
1. Previously, Mr. Springfield spent 13 years in various positions in the Memorial Hermann Health Care System.
2. Mr. Springfield also served as the COO of Harlingen, Texas-based Valley Baptist Health System from May 2001 to December 2003, and then as CEO and president from January 2003 to November 2008.
3. "I am excited to take on this role and opportunity, as I have followed the Nobilis story in the Texas market and have seen their dramatic shift in-network and how the management team has successfully grown its medical facility infrastructure (including clinics, ASCs and hospitals) as well its unique direct to consumer marketing platform," Mr. Springfield said.
