Brentwood, Tenn.-based Spero Health selected former Envision Healthcare leader Clint Cromwell to serve as its chief legal officer.
Three insights:
1. Mr. Cromwell will oversee all legal, regulatory and compliance efforts at Spero Health, a company focused on providing outpatient care for individuals with substance use disorders.
2. Mr. Cromwell was previously enterprise mergers and acquisitions counsel for Nashville, Tenn.-based Envision, where he led efforts to acquire physician organizations and healthcare facilities.
3. He also served as general counsel for Envision's ambulatory surgery division, AmSurg, which comprises more than 250 ASCs.
