Bridgeport (Conn.) Hospital Ambulatory Services Vice President Gina Calder said her biggest pet peeve is when an employee regularly complains that something is an issue or needs to be done, Refinery29 reports.
Here's the solution she proposed:
"Change your language and approach. Identify the issue and what you have done [or] are doing to address it. Seek your manager's feedback and support on solutions you have developed and to create others."
