The American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy provides a free, downloadable poster providing QR codes patients can scan to watch ASGE patient education videos on colonoscopy and upper endoscopy.
To view the videos, patients need to install a QR code scanner on their smartphone or tablet device. Once installed, consumers can point to a code, such as the two on the poster, and an embedded, personalized URL will load on the device.
Scanning codes on the "While You Wait" poster will direct patients to ASGE’s YouTube channel, which hosts the "Colonoscopy: What to Expect Before, After and During a Procedure" and "Upper Endoscopy: What to Expect Before, After and During a Procedure" videos.
